The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, ensuring that each customer has a positive shopping experience. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. * Utilize POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately. * Implement upselling strategies to enhance the customer?s purchase experience. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers. * Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive prompt attention and service. * Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment. *Requirements* * Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating totals. * Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; enthusiasm for learning about new products is essential. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. * A proactive approach to upselling and meeting sales goals while maintaining integrity in customer interactions.
