Agents make note of calls, activities, and update all client information in our customer database. *WHO WE ARE:* Acorn is a fun and friendly environment where your work here matters. We utilize Hi-tech systems and processes to ensure a simple to use; yet high quality product is produced. *WHAT YOU?LL DO:* * Contact clients after sales appointments to close sales * Negotiate within pricing guidelines * Reissue quotes for customers and funding organizations * Finalize and process customer payments * Meet the targets that are required * Fulfill other duties as assigned/required by the manager *WHAT YOU HAVE* * Outstanding personality and positive attitude * Enthusiastic approach towards achieving business goals * Willingness to work in a team environment * Ability to achieve results and targets * Strong focus on customer relations * Broad knowledge of how to overcome customer objections and challenges * High level of confidence and competency to close a sale *REQUIREMENTS: * * A secondary diploma and related experience * 1 -3+ years in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably B2C inside / phone sales * 2+ years' related experience in a call centre environment * Strong interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and Windows * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * French is an asset _Acorn Stairlifts Canada Inc., is an equal opportunity employer.
