Job details
The candidate will provide support to the Senior Administrative Team. With the position reporting directly to the Superintendent.
The successful candidate will also excel at assembling and coordinating meeting packages, preparing and distributing agendas and minutes of board and committee meetings, following up on action items arising from meetings, preparing correspondence and reports, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel requirements, coordinating events, and performing other duties assigned from time to time.
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. A demonstrated ability and willingness to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position. Sensitivity to confidential matters and a high level or professionalism, tact and diplomacy are paramount.
- Knowledge of standard meeting procedures, and familiarity with Robert's Rules of Order. - Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional corporate communications skills, including a clear and concise writing ability requiring minimal editing.
- Strong interpersonal skills leading to effective working relationships with staff, individuals, stakeholders, and interest groups.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe, with a willingness to learn new technology associated with assigned work tasks.
- A comprehensive knowledge of customer service theory and practices, and highly effective at proactive problem-solving.
- Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Conscientiousness and accountability.
- Task completion and excellent time management.
Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check will be required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
