*Jr HVAC Technician* Job Overview: *Darrick Davidson Heating Cooling & Duct Cleaning* is seeking an entry position as a Jr HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals with little to no prior experience in HVAC or Indoor Air Quality. We will provide all necessary training to ensure you can successfully complete tasks and deliver quality service to our residential and light commercial customers. Responsibilities: * Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of air duct systems, including supply and return ducts, registers, and grilles. * Operate basic tools and equipment (vacuums, brushes, blowers) under min. supervision to clean ducts efficiently. * Safely remove dust, debris, and contaminants from HVAC ductwork. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored and accounted for. * Follow established procedures and company protocols during each job. * Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor. * Explain the differences between Good air quality verses Bad air quality * Provide excellent customer service by being respectful and courteous in customers? homes. * Helping Senior Gas technicians when required for HVAC related equipment and service Qualifications: * No prior experience required; we will provide full training. *(However Gas Technician* 3 Li*cence preferred)* * Ability to follow instructions and on one's own. * Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn how to operate duct cleaning equipment. * Ability to work in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics. * Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching. * Drivers Licence with clean Drivers abstract required. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to Honesty, Integrity, Fairness and Respect for all. * Speak, Read, write in the English language Work Schedule: * Full-time positions available. * Typical working hours are Monday through Friday Compensation: * Competitive hourly wage plus bonuses. * Opportunities for advancement and additional training in HVAC-related services. *Why Join Us?* At *Darrick Davidson Heating Cooling and Duct Cleaning*, we believe in building a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional indoor air quality and while fostering a positive work environment.
