*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of customer service. This role involves working on both commercial and industrial painting projects, restoring surfaces, and ensuring high-quality finishes. The Painter will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and specifications to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. *Responsibilities* - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. - Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. - Restore and maintain existing structures through touch-ups and refinishing techniques. - Read and interpret blueprints to determine the scope of work required for each project. - Operate power tools and other equipment safely to complete tasks efficiently. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. - Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of painting with other building processes. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. *Requirements* - Proven experience in construction painting, including commercial and industrial projects. - Strong knowledge of power tools and painting equipment. - Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. - Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve lifting, rigging, or standing for extended periods.
