*Job Description* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Sales Representative* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. *Key Responsibilities* * Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels, including cold calls, networking, and referrals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Prepare and deliver sales proposals * Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems. *Preferred Skills* * Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends. * Experience in managing long sales cycles. * Multilingual skills are a plus. *Requirements:* * Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales roles * Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * sales: 3 years (required) Language: * Chinese (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
