The Community Housing Management Network (The Network) is recruiting to fill a part-time position (20-25 hours/week) as an accounting clerk (A/R, A/P). The candidate will be working at our Truro office.
*GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE*:
* _A/R administration_
* _A/P administration_
* _Bank reconciliation_
* _Uploads financial reports to excel_
* _Update management reports_
* _Send period financial reports to regulator_
*GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:*
* understanding of property management
* knowledge of co-op or nonprofit housing
* excellent interpersonal skills
* effective oral and written communication skills
* be able to organize tasks and priorities
* experience with Microsoft Office, specifically
* working knowledge of QuickBooks
* understanding of financial statements
