A welcoming Flexible compensation options are available, including hourly commission. *Duties* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients? physical abilities and needs. * Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient evaluations. * Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support rehabilitation. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy practices. *Requirements* * A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. * Valid physiotherapy license or registration in the relevant jurisdiction. * Experience in pediatrics, acute care, or a hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy practices. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education. * Ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently. * Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
