<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our team! The selected individual will be highly motivated and have service experience.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>On site service of plumbing, heating, HVAC</li><li>Start-up and commissioning of new and repaired equipment</li><li>Work on hydronic heating</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems & Provide repair solutions</li><li>Provide repair solutions</li><li>Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems</li><li>Install or repair gas fired appliances. Leak detection and gas pressure calibration</li><li>Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures </li><li>Preventative maintenance programs</li><li>Prepare written tech reports and email into office after each job </li><li>Adhere to safety policies and procedures in compliance with company's COR safety program</li><li>Maintain and operate a company vehicle</li></ul><p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Accredited Journeyman Plumber Certificate</li><li>Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field will be considered</li><li>Must have service experience</li><li>Ability to handle physical workload & must work on-call rotation</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Class 1 Gasfitting is an asset</li><li>Cross Connection Certification would be an asset</li><li>Valid class 5 driver's license and a clean drivers abstract.
