We are looking for a physiotherapist with a strong interest in treating orthopedic and sports injuries, professional development, and critical thinking. You must be a physiotherapist looking to _*build and maintain a thriving caseload.*_ *Aim to earn a minimum $100,000* (37.5 available hours, 80% booked, 80% retention)! As a busy clinic with an online presence and ties to the community, aim to receive one new client on average per shift. We provide a creative compensation plan through our unique performance based compensation model. Compensation is paid per hour worked, with bonuses, incentives and allowances. Increases in compensation are guaranteed yearly and achieved through performance and progressing through our unique pay band structure. Mentorship and teamwork occur regularly, both in structured and unstructured formats. The ideal candidate will combine manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and education and coaching into client care. The ideal candidate should also possess strong case management and client engagement skills with an interest in brand building, customer service and community engagement. Resiliency, reflection and personal growth are a must! Prior experience in a private outpatient setting is preferred. This positions is set to start as soon as possible. Curriculum includes the following modules: Foundations of Private Practice, Manual Therapy, Caseload Management, Communication & Exercise Principles -Supportive leadership and administrative teams focused on your professional growth -Progressive, forward thinking company focused on the employee experience. Yearly increases are guaranteed, ranging from 2-5%, based on performance reviews and tenure.
