Job Summary: As a Recruiter at GTR Immigration Inc., you will play a crucial role in connecting qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities. You will help our clients reduce the time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct client intake meetings to establish candidate qualification criteria.2. Publish job advertisements on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.3. Source and engage passive candidates online, such as through LinkedIn, as needed.4. Review and screen resumes and job applications.5. Assess candidates' suitability based on their skills and qualifications.6. Develop and maintain talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future roles.7. Keep comprehensive records of past applicants, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.8. Manage a client portfolio and nurture positive relationships with clients. Requirements: - Applicant Tracking System (ATS) knowledge is highly desirable.- Demonstrated experience in Business Development, Recruitment, or a similar role (preferred).- Proficiency in managing all hiring stages, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interviewing.- Familiarity with various interview formats, including phone screenings, and in-person and online interviews.- Experience in evaluating candidates for diverse roles and levels of seniority.- Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.- Strong organizational and time management skills. Education: Diploma or more, preferred in HR Experience: Telecalling skills are highly desirable Recruiting: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationRegina, SK
