Position Title: Senior Accountant (Exempt) Location: Calgary, AB Entity: Brunel Energy Department: Accounting Reports to: Finance Manager Safety Context All employees are expected to be conversant with, and work in compliance to all Brunel standards, policies and procedures, and promote and contribute to a safe working environment. Primary Purpose The Senior Accountant is responsible for general accounting activities, preparing financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule. This position is also responsible for analyzing revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis. Essential FunctionsTimely completion of the month-end reporting process, including creation of journal entries and preparation of balance sheet reconciliations. Ensure adherence to the control framework and processes relating to the financial reporting function. Analyse- LocationCalgary, AB
