Job details
We?re looking for a unique candidate who can perform work in a variety of industrial/commercial environments, as well as our machine shop. Candidates shall have: * ability to use power tools and mechanical equipment. * competency in mathematics (trigonometry, fractions, and circular geometry). * ability to follow precise instructions. * ability to/or be willing to learn the operation of milling machines, lathes, hydraulic presses, surface grinders, and metal work machines. * ability to see safety concerns and possible dangers. * experience reading diagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals to determine work procedures. * experience with fitting bearings, aligning gears and shafts, attaching motors, and connecting couplings and belts to precise tolerances. * experience with aligning and testing equipment, and making any necessary adjustments. * their own vehicle (our shop and service locations are outside of Roam transit routes). Wage to be negotiated based on experience. References required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person- LocationDead Man's Flats, AB
