*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Cook to assist in our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring quality food preparation, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. *Duties* - Prepare and assemble dishes as directed - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards - Assist in managing inventory and prep levels - Train new employees on proper food handling procedures - Develop and implement menu items in collaboration with the chef - Assist in overall kitchen operations to meet customer expectations *Requirements* - Previous experience within the food industry - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Team management experience is a plus - Certification in food handling Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 ? 44 per week Additional pay: * Tips Experience: * Team management: 2 years (preferred) * Hospitality: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationHamilton, ON
