*Your Responsibility:* * Lead the analysis and development of strategies for new and potential products/services, markets, and advertising opportunities. * Provide strategic recommendations to optimize marketing and advertising channels to drive campaign results and exceed defined objectives, including social media programs, Google ads, and SEO * Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, and partner contacts to support the maximum effectiveness of programs implemented * Grow Infiniti Strings? audience to reflect its evolution as an instrument retail company. * Create and maintain an owned media content calendar to highlight key capabilities and strategic priorities. * Experienced in preparing event related campaign (Poster design, Mailchimp) * Provide/oversee go-to-market insight, select vendors/sites and provide rationales on these sites, acting as a connection point for vendors/partners * Analyze campaign data to determine what works/doesn't work, and optimize real-time performance. *Qualifications:* * 2+ years of experience in a similar or related role. * Social listening capabilities and detailed metrics tracking. * A customer service-orientated approach. * Experience developing creative content and testing strategies to improve on key metrics. * A willingness to share different perspectives to contribute to new ways to go beyond expectations. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Strong organization and project management skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.5 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift Application question(s): * Please provide a link to your portfolio Work Location: In person- LocationMarkham, ON
