We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to help support our growing team of agents. *You must have 5 years min experience at real estate agent or Branch manger* *Responsibilities* * Provide best in class service & advise to our real estate agents * Actively recruits both new and experienced real estate agents * Mentor & Guide Retains, supports, and mentors sales representatives and administrative staff. * Conduct Training sessions on zoom and in person. * Trains and develops real estate agents on business plans, goal setting, prospecting, client presentations, negotiating and closing skills * Maintains the highest level of professionalism and ensures all practices are in accordance with Company Policies and Procedure , RECO , & TREB Code of Ethics * Full understanding of all aspects of brokerage operations * Strong and highly effective leadership, presentation, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving skills; Working directly with CEO you will help in Growing the Search brand & recruit new talent to the company PAY Base Salary plus performance bonus $ 100,000 - $ 200,000. *Qualifications* * Minimum 5 years experience as a real estate agent and/or Branch Mangers. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events * Employee stock purchase plan * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Profit sharing Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application question(s): * Do you have a minimum 5 years experience as real estate agent or Manager?
