*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Baggage Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely handling of passenger luggage at the airport. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to customer service will be essential in providing a seamless travel experience for our passengers. *Responsibilities* * Safely load and unload baggage from aircraft, ensuring proper handling techniques are applied. * Organize and transport luggage to designated areas within the airport. * Communicate effectively with team members and other airport personnel to coordinate baggage operations. * Perform routine inspections of baggage handling equipment and report any issues promptly. * Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Utilize basic math skills for tracking and reporting baggage counts accurately. * Support supervisory staff by providing leadership and guidance to new team members as needed. *Experience* * Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in English. * Experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery is a plus. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout shifts.
