*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. *Duties* - Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, organization - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices and other common areas - Power washing pails and vehicles - Cleaning inside loaders, tractors, trucks and other vehicles - Clean 5 housing units - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning tasks - Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning duties promptly - Handle heavy lifting of equipment and supplies as needed - Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as required - Proficient in commercial cleaning practices and techniques - Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors - Strong time management skills to prioritize cleaning tasks efficiently - Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical duties - Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures - Customer service-oriented approach to work - Proficiency in using hand tools for various cleaning tasks Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Time management: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationWoodstock, ON
