We are recruiting multiple  Access Control Administrators  for a 2-3 month contract position working at a large corporate office in Edmonton. This position will start around the 2nd week of January. No specific experience is required, but strong administrative skills, communication ability, and Excel knowledge, along with proven reliability is a must! Salary: $30.00 per hour Hours of Work: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Start Date: The 2nd week of January Must be able to work the length of the contract with the understanding that it could be reduced or extended by a few weeks. Responsibilities This role will be assisting with the implementation of a new access control systems. The tasks will include the following: Taking pictures of a large number of employees. Building an Excel database for the new access control system that will be installed. Printing and sorting the actual access cards. Distributing the cards to everyone, from entry level to high level executives. Requirements Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience is a strong asset. Self-motivated - work with minimal supervision. Organized with a strong attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Ability to pass a basic security clearance. Reliability is a must. Commitment to the length of the contract is also expected.
