*Job Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, recommending product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Analyze client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise.
* Utilize our CRM to track account activity, manage leads, and enter customer orders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align strategies and objectives.
*Skills*
* Experience in a field with a strong focus on sales and/or customer service is is required.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal (email and in-person) and written, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels.
* Experience in the Promotional Products, Advertising or Printing industries is not required but is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
