Responsibilities: - Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients - Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations based on their hair type and face shape - Perform barbering techniques such as cutting, trimming, and shaping hair using clippers, scissors, and razors - Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or requests - Upsell salon products and services to clients during their visit - Maintain a clean and organized work station - Sanitize tools and equipment after each use to ensure a safe and hygienic environment - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met Experience: - Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Barber - Proficient in various hair cutting techniques for different hair types and styles - Strong knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and hairstyling - Experience with retail sales and upselling salon products - Ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service - Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon setting is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
