Position Overview: Under the direction of the Site Leader, the Maintenance Manager will oversee the overall management of our buildings and grounds. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe, operable, and welcoming environment for our residents, guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: Implement, maintain, and improve the preventative maintenance program, ensuring all required checks are executed, logged, and documented promptly.
