<p>Le Boisé Vanier, a friendly private residence for seniors located along the St-Charles River, is looking for someone to fill a part-time receptionist position. The person must have basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and of computers in general. We offer telemedicine, employee assistance program, low-cost meals and more!</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. <BR><BR>Salary: between $16.26 and $17.90 per hour</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties</li><li>Greet visitors</li><li>Maintain good relationships with the residents</li><li>Maintain the different registers</li><li>Maintain the residence directory</li><li>Make appointments</li><li>Manage the sale of meal vouchers and manage the petty cash related thereto</li><li>Prepare and send occasional mail outs</li><li>Provide a high level of customer service</li><li>Receive and redirect incoming calls</li><li>Update different administrative forms and documents</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>A good working knowledge of French and English, both oral and written</li><li>knowledge of a Maitre D</li><li>A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)</li><li>A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software</li><li>1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Recognition program</li><li>Floating days off</li><li>Social leave</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Part Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Weekends</div>- LocationQuébec, QC
