The Port offers opportunities for professional development, flexible working hours, a health program and a friendly working climate enhanced by social activities of all kinds.</p><p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Community Relations Manager, the Community Relations Advisor is responsible for coordinating the operational and tactical aspects of stakeholder relations. The incumbent is responsible for organizing and coordinating meetings with the various committees, monitoring actions, supervising data analysis and managing reports. The aim is to ensure that the port's orientations and actions meet the community's needs and expectations.</p><p><i>*The Quebec Port Authority adheres to the principle of employment equity and applies an employment equity access program for women, Aboriginals, visible minorities and people with disabilities. </i>The use of the masculine gender includes the feminine and is employed solely to facilitate <i>reading.<br><br></i><strong>Responsabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain stakeholder management tool to document team interactions;</li><li>Research and prepare documents to support committee decision-making;</li><li>Ensure logistics for committees, public consultations and other events;</li><li>Use collective intelligence tools to gather and analyze ideas from internal and external sources, in order to stimulate social innovation within the company;</li><li>Monitor and manage Green Alliance criteria, sound issues and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) actions on an annual basis;</li><li>Carry out in-depth strategic analyses of comments, concerns and nuisances in order to formulate informed recommendations for the port's management and key players;</li><li>Ensure process optimization by developing practices to automate reporting and increase efficiency;</li><li>Liaise with operators to resolve cohabitation issues and optimize operation notices;</li><li>Design and distribute the internal newsletter to inform and engage employees and the community around company projects;</li><li>Manage relations with First Nations and ensure inclusive participation through the ?Je Participe? platform and PEPC consultations; Coordinate the implementation of the Community Fund and promote the projects supported to foster sustainable development at the port;</li><li>Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen civic engagement and compliance with EDI (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) practices;</li><li>Effectively manage community feedback and reports by proposing customized solutions and ensuring rigorous follow-up.</li></ul><strong>Au quotidien</strong><br><ul><li>Interact with citizens, users and other stakeholders in the greater Quebec City area;</li><li>Be a good listener and a good communicator;</li><li>Evolve within a human organization that is actively involved in the community and that listens to the communities.</li></ul><strong>You have...</strong><br><ul><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills;</li><li>A strong capacity for active listening and empathy to build trusting relationships with your interlocutors;</li><li>Excellent command of spoken and written French;</li><li>Expertise in knowledge mobilization methods (content creation, facilitation of communities of practice, impact assessment, etc.).</li></ul><strong>You are...</strong><br><ul><li>A team player with interpersonal skil
