Position #: V45853 Expected Start Date: January 06, 2025 Union: HSAS Facility: Primary Health Care Services City/Town: Regina Department: Home Care - Therapies Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Hours of Work: 8 hour shiftsShift Information: days, evenings, weekends, stats Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Physical Therapist - Degree $40.187 to $49.255 Travel Required: YesHuman Resources Exemption: No Job DescriptionThe Staff Therapist is responsible for the delivery of therapy programs in accordance with philosophy and service guidelines of the Home Care Therapy program as well as vision, mission and values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Education- Minimum requirement is a Baccalaureate Degree in Physical Therapy.- Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT).- Requires CPR certification.Experience- No previous experienceOther Information- This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings. Travel required to various community sites, including rural, within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina). Home base for this position is: 4211 Albert Street.- Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
