Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: 101 - 200 rooms. Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews. Supervise staff. Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met. Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services. Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms. Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out. Conduct infection control audit. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
