<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are currently seeking Ready Mix Concrete truck drivers with a valid DZ license.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid DZ license + a clean driver abstract (minimum 3 years)</li><li>Knowledgeable about the Highway Traffic Act</li><li>Flexible scheduling and ability to work overtime hours</li></ul><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform pre-trip inspections and other health and safety procedures</li><li>Deliver and unload concrete to customer sites in a timely manner</li><li>Be professional with <span class="long-word">customers/contractors</span></li><li>Operate trucks in a safe manner</li><li>Clean and maintain truck interior, exterior and drum clean when required.</li><li>Acts as a liaison between the customer and the dispatch office.</li><li>Maintain vehicle in a clean, organized, and safe fashion</li><li>Visually inspect mix, slump and verify load size</li><li>Work closely with dispatch to ensure quickest and safest routes to jobs</li><li>Ability to climb ladders</li><li>Ability to lift and assemble concrete chutes weighing 60 lbs.</li><li>Assemble concrete chutes and operate chute controls during the pour</li><li>Records delivery ticket information</li></ul><p><strong>Other Information:</strong> All offers of employment are conditional upon providing proof of a valid driver's license and clean driver abstract.</p><p>Please reply with a resume and drivers abstract.</p><p>Job Types: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits: medical and dental plan available after 3 month probationary period</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Overtime</li></ul><p>Supplemental pay types:</p><ul><li>Overtime pay</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p></div></div>- LocationBrantford, ON
