Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: At heights. Outdoors. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Measure and mark sheet metal according to template. Cut materials using power tools or by hand. Fit and join sheet metal parts. Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes. Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. Install sheet metal flashings. Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools. Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?.
