Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. ? Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration and HVAC equipment. ? Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. ? Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. ? Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. ? Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies. *Qualifications:* ? Licensed Refrigeration Technician, (Journeyperson status preferred but experienced apprentices considered). ? Minimum of 2 years of experience in the refrigeration or HVAC industry. ? Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Excellent communication and organizational skills. ?
