For the coffee curious (and the coffee serious), LUMINE serves a rotating selection of beans from Canada?s top roasters made for exploration. *Job description* Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: * Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers. * Prepare and serve drinks and food items consistently by adhering to all drink preparation standards. * Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and retail products. * Ability to work independently and as a team. * Opening and closing duties include handling cash, dialing in espresso and drip coffee, and cash out. *The Ideal Candidate:* * Experience as barista, knowledge of coffee and profiles. * Food safe level 1. (optional) * previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment. (optional) The Measures Of Success: * Contribution to daily sales goals. * Individual objectives linked to the achievement of the cafe. * Feedback from internal review after a probationary period of 3 months.
