We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate and Driver to join our team! As the *Warehouse Associate and Driver*, you will be responsible for duties in warehousing and transportation of goods including pick and pack orders, managing inventory, warehouse organization and delivery of goods throughout the lower mainland, all while providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. *Duties and Responsibilities:* · Work as part of a team to create custom warehouse solutions for our clients · Maintain an organized, tidy, and efficient warehouse at all times · Pick and pack orders accurately and in a timely manner · Receive shipments and enter them into Warehouse Management System · Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, etc. · Safely operate a 3-ton and/or 5-ton truck to pick up and deliver loads · Inspect vehicle for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks · Maintain records of transportation of goods and record trip details ie. cargo Info, distance travelled, gas consumption, etc. · Ensure cargo is secured properly in accordance with safety regulations and requirements · Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members · Other warehouse duties as required *Skills and Qualifications:* · Previous warehouse experience or knowledge of warehouse distribution process · Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. for loading and unloading cargo · Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) as required · Ability to accurately pick and pack orders · Valid Class 5 driver?s license with a clean driving record · Familiar with Lower Mainland trucking routes · Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment · Strong customer service and problem solving skills · Excellent organization skills and a strong attention to detail Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 ? 35 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application question(s): * Rate your ability to operate an electric pallet jack on a scale from 1 to 10 (10 = expert). * Rate your ability to operate a fork lift on a scale from 1 to 10 (10 = expert).
