*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote products will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. * Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. * Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. * Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. * Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability. *Requirements* * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions. * Willingness to learn about new products and technology sales techniques.
