The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the human resources function across Canada, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and acting as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and will be responsible for overseeing a range of HR activities, including employee onboarding, disability management and HR policy administration. Responsibilities : Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries through our ticketing system, providing guidance and support in both English and French. Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees. Handle employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a fair and timely manner. Assist- LocationOttawa, ON
