We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales and technology sales, with a focus on business development and market analysis. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. This position requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze their needs.
* Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
* Engage in outside sales activities, including attending industry events and networking opportunities.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
* Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of our offerings.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
* Experience in business development and understanding of market dynamics.
* Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
* Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel for outside sales activities as needed.
