*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. *Responsibilities* * Provide exceptional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims tailored to client preferences. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for styles and products. * Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment. * Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and recommendations. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling hair care products. * Knowledge of various hair styling techniques and trends is essential.
