We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to create memorable coffee experiences and foster a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In this role, you will prepare high-quality beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our café.</p><p> </p><p>**Key Responsibilities** </p><p>- Craft and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages following standard recipes. </p><p>- Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. </p><p>-- Operate the cash register accurately and handle cash transactions with care. </p><p>- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including equipment and utensils. </p><p>- Assist with food preparation while adhering to food safety standards. </p><p>- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies like coffee beans and syrups as needed. </p><p>- Ensure the café, including dine-in areas, restrooms, and back-of-house, is clean and well-maintained. </p><p>- Follow health and safety regulations to uphold a safe working environment. </p><p> </p><p>**Qualifications and Skills** </p><p>- 2+ years of experience as a barista.</p><p>- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage warmly and professionally. </p><p>- Experience in cashiering and cash handling is a plus. </p><p>- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, particularly in busy settings. </p><p>- Familiarity with food preparation practices and food safety standards. </p><p>- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. </p><p> </p></div></div>- LocationScarborough, ON
