*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Your role is crucial in maintaining the atmosphere of our establishment while adhering to food safety and handling standards. *Duties* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. * Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. * Assist with food service as required, including serving snacks or meals to patrons at the bar. * Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. *Experience* * Previous experience in bartending or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment. * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. * Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is beneficial. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. * A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
