Bilingual Communications Consultant. HYBRID THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 1 YEAR LATER (HAS 4 OPTIONAL PERIODS OF 1 YEAR EACH) LOCATION: REMOTE (OCCASIONAL MEETINGS IN OTTAWA) LANGUAGE: BILINGUAL (ENG/FRE) CLEARANCE: SECRET (MUST CURRENTLY HOLD UPON SUBMISSION) Mandatory Skills Must have since 2018, a minimum of 4 years of experience developing, writing, and editing web-based communications products in plain language (grade 6-8 reading level and/or specialized audiences). Must have since 2018, a minimum of 4 years of experience making recommendations based on web product inventories, existing guidance, analytics and research.
