The Opportunity: Job Title: Senior Accountant and Billing Lead Department: Finance Location: Halifax, NS Employment Type: Regular, Full Time Closing Date: January 6, 2025 Overview: The Senior Accountant and Billing Lead will be a member of the finance team for a subsidiary of Emera supporting the financial activities in the US and Canada. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Finance. This is a unique opportunity that will provide an opportunity to support the finance activities of a small international operating company while working under the umbrella of a TSX listed public company. Key Responsibilities Accounting, financial reporting and billing for the US and Canada, which includes, but is not limited to: Completing the month end close process; review and- LocationHalifax, NS
