Looking for EXPERIENCED bartenders for Monk10 Taproom & Fine Eatery. Upscale bar and restaurant located in the Hilton Garden & Inn at 40 Highfield Street. A working knowledge of wines, craft beer, and mixology is required. Duties and responsibilities: * Collecting payments from customers * Operating point of sale terminals and providing bills to customers * Maintaining a clean and organized workspace * Engaging clientele in a friendly and professional manner * Monitoring bar inventory and restocking bar as needed * Ensuring compliance with federal and provincial liquor and food safety regulations * Reporting to the manager for liquor orders Skills and qualifications: * Outstanding customer service skills * Minimum of 3 years experience as a bartender. * Basic math skills and the ability to keep track of customer tabs * Food safety and preparation skills * Ability to make traditional cocktails and assist in cocktail creation Bilingualism will be considered an asset. Be prepared to provide references relevant to this position. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 ? 32 per week Additional pay: * Tips Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Holidays * Night shift * On call * Weekends as needed Experience: * bartending: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-12-23- LocationMoncton, NB
