We are currently seeking a skilled Nighttime Production Manager to oversee our production operations during the night shift. *Job Description:*As the Nighttime Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards during the night shift. You will lead a team of operators and collaborate with various departments to meet production goals. *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee all production activities from 6 PM to 4 AM, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. * Manage and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and training. * Monitor production performance and implement improvements as needed. * Conduct quality control inspections to maintain product standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or process issues. * Maintain accurate production records and reports. * Collaborate with day shift management to ensure seamless operations and communication. *Requirements:* * Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, Production Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Zund machines (experience will be vigorously tested during the interview process for maintenance, repairs and operational abilities). * 3 Years of Quickbooks Experience minimum * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Proficient in production software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Canadian Citizenship *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A supportive and dynamic work environment. *How-to-apply:* Here is what you must include in your application * Proof of Canadian citizenship * Cover letter * Writing Sample * Copy of latest school transcript * Letter of recommendation * References attesting experience If you meet the above qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a production team, we would love to hear from you!
