Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites. Supervise other workers. Operate CADD and other computer software systems. Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Carpenter Trade Certification. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Valid driver's licence. Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling.
