*ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT*
*JOB SUMMARY*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic office environment. This position will be responsible for providing general front-line reception and administrative support, including scheduling meetings, planning events and team communications, while also gaining experience in office, project, and technical professional systems.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* General office functions, such as distributing mail, greeting visitors, assisting with correspondence, monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies.
* Answering and directing all incoming phone calls.
* Organize meeting logistics, including room bookings, IT requirements, catering, and room layout.
* Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary for business travel.
* Manage and maintain schedules and boardrooms in online calendars.
* Collecting and managing deliveries to the office.
* Attend meetings and take meeting minutes as required.
* Assistance with filing and organization of documents.
* Maintain PPE inventory and assist employees with their PPE requirements.
* Ensure office and reception area is opened during business hours and closed at the end of the day.
* Manage company fleet vehicles by coordinating requests, inspecting vehicles upon return, and booking maintenance when required.
* Other office duties as required.
*QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE*
* College diploma in an administrative or business program would be an asset but not required.
* Strong ability to prioritize and anticipate business/team needs.
* Highly organized self-starter with proven ability to multitask.
* Team oriented and ability to support team members and clients.
* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.

Pay: $47,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
