We welcome applications from everyone, are firmly committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, and take pride in ensuring every member of our team feels empowered.</p><p></p><p>Reporting directly to the Vice President, Supply Chain and Distribution, this individual and his team will be responsible for improving the efficiency of the operational execution of the 27 warehouses and 2 distribution centers across Belron Canada.</p><p>She/he will develop and implement monitoring and analysis tools in order to ensure the optimal execution of operations by achieving targets in terms of occupational health and safety, distribution capacity, standardization of operating costs and quality.</p><p>Their leadership and managerial skills will be important in maintaining an effective partnership with other functions and departments, working cross-functionally within the supply chain function and various other functional departments. He will promote a culture of continuous improvement, health and safety practices, employee engagement and teamwork and customer-focused quality management.</p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities</b><i>:</i></p><p></p><ul><li>Understand and improve business process efficiency within operations through the identification of key standardized processes in the daily execution of the 27 warehouses and 2 distribution centers across Belron Canada:</li><li>Work closely to build a team that follow a structured process by implementing monitoring and analysis tools in order to ensure the optimal execution of operations</li><li>In collaboration with the vice-president, participate in the development of warehouse and distribution center optimization strategies, process improvement and standardized business processes across Canada</li><li>Act as a resource person for the application of Belron Canada key financial and inventory management processes in accordance with business rules and established good practices</li><li>Provide leadership and motivation to the business units under her/his responsibility in a positive and collaborative atmosphere that supports all key quadrants; people, customer, society and stakeholder:</li><li>As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) he would initiate important discussions with all stakeholders, engage other departments, share the team vision, ask for support and assistance, person who can navigate well internally and build a compelling vision and direction for the team</li><li>Act as a strategic advisor to build, lead and oversee an operational team</li><li>Focusing on health, safety, and wellbeing of employees</li><li>Inspire, develop and engaged a capable team while developing and building tangible development plans and succession planning.</li><li>Actively participate in the creation and delivery of critical investment projects and prioritize efforts in the budgeting and planning exercises to maximize value and key implementations</li><li>Responsibility for the leadership, coaching and effectiveness of 2 national process managers and work collaboratively understanding and supporting their initiatives</li><li>Optimization of real estate, fleet, and delivery route safety and efficiency</li><li>Optimize centralized customer service, telephony and WMS connection and its benefits.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required profile:</b></p><ul><li>University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management (Business/Commerce). </li><li>App
