The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job Description:Summary: Support 2nd-line oversight and challenge activities specific to business- and FCRM-owned large cash transaction reporting (LCTR) and electronic funds transfer reporting (EFTR) regulatory obligations.Role Accountabilities:Be part of a high performing team on delivery of AML/ATF, Sanctions, ABAC compliance programs and cultureProactively advise covered TD businesses of new and changed AML/ATF regulatory reporting requirements and articulate the impact to their processes and controlsContribute to the development and implementation of AML/ATF regulatory reporting programsWork with senior business unit management / partners to develop proactive strategies, tactics, policies, and programs to effectively manage regulatory / compliance issuesBe a subject matter expert on large cash transaction reporting and electronic funds transfer reporting, providing guidance, oversight and challenge to the lines of businessSupport the team's participation in / responses to regulatory examinations and internal / external audits, reviewing, packaging, and tracking and providing information for department executiveDevelop and oversee the implementation of business line policies and procedures related to in-scope FINTRAC regulatory reporting (i.e. LCTR, EFTR)Plan and execute on strategic activities, review, and communicate results, and adjust tactics accordinglyProactively identify key business opportunities and recommend enhancements / modifications, develop strategies to achieve recommendations and work closely with team to execute and implementKeep current on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impactsMaintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetiteExperience & Education: Undergraduate degree preferredExperience with projects/initiatives related to the implementation of LCTR and/or EFTR, ideally in an advisory capacityExperience in interpreting and applying Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act/Regulation, preferably in the areas of regulatory reportingExperience with investigating and mapping end-to-end processesWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
