Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Clean and disinfect elevators. Handle and report lost and found items. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Clean changing rooms and showers. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Work with minimal supervision. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Equipment and machinery experience: Steam cleaners. Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers. Polishing machines. Carpet cleaning machine. Waxing machine. Area of work experience: Cleaning. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Reference required. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Walking.
