*The Opportunity*
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, this role focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients by managing inbound and outbound calls and emails. While experience in a plumbing office environment is an asset, it?s not required. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with clients, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring smooth communication with external parties. This role also involves completing regularly assigned tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
* Provides exceptional and timely customer service via phone, email, and other web services when providing initial and follow-up contact with customers, actively listening to questions/concerns/inquiries
* Answers customers? questions and provide additional information as needed
* Keeps up with service and product information and updates
* Collaborate with management and other departments to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
* Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
* Sells/promotes products when applicable
* Provides timely feedback to company regarding service failures and/or client concerns
* Demonstrates positive and cooperative behavior with customers and coworkers
* Maintains required documentation and records to meet best practices
* All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by supervisor/manager
* Coordinate delivery arrangements with the customer and monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
* Read, understand and be familiar with relevant vendor catalogues
* Develop relationships with customers that positions PMF as their first choice for purchasing plumbing products
* Ability to work closely work with members of the Outside Sales Team; and with other individuals and departments within the Company.
* Embrace learning and developing one?s knowledge and skill sets and help other team members to ensure their growth
* Other duties as assigned
*What You Offer*
* Minimum 2 years of high volume call center experience.
* Plumbing and HVA industry experience is an asset.
* Microsoft Office proficiency/ technologically savvy.
* Secondary School
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
* Positive attitude and customer service oriented with a sense of urgency.
* Customer centric and customer service oriented
