_*About the Role*_
The Administrative Specialist will provide administrative support and assistance to the Plant Manager and manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in systems. Their support will ensure customer orders are manufactured and shipped to end user while providing a high-quality, low-cost product. The incumbent will be a key contributor and communicate with all levels of the organization.
_*Key Accountabilities *_
* Complete regular data entry, including but not limited to: Utilizing systems (Access and XA), ensure that all production information is entered daily; entering receiving information in the system and file physical copies accordingly; and, ensure that site KPIs are up to date by entering production data on tracking sheet.
* Conduct regular data audits to ensure that information is accurate and up to date.
* Create electronic requisitions and Purchase Orders from quotes/contract.
* Ensure invoices match receivers and purchase orders.
* Participate in the physical Inventory Process monthly.
* Ensure that employee uniforms are ordered and returned in a timely manner.
* Answer incoming calls and check in visitors on-site.
* Key point of contact for office vendors.
* Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of Office/Breakroom areas.
* Provide ongoing administrative support for internal teams, including but not limited to Production, SHES, HR, and Shipping when required.
* Working on special projects as assigned.
_*Critical Experience and Qualifications*_
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 2-3 years prior administrative experience.
* Business Administration Certificate preferred.
* Strong communication skills ? both written and verbal.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively with changing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.05-$25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
