*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of the store through effective sales techniques and product knowledge. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with inquiries and product selection. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and processing returns. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed. * Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and assisting with inventory counts. * Provide technical sales support for specialized products, answering customer questions effectively. * Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. *Experience* * Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * A passion for helping customers and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
