<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Responsibilities:<br />- Perform commercial / residential installation of ductwork, dampers / diffusers / hvac equipment etc.<br />- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications<br />- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects<br />- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment</p><p>Requirements:<br />- Proven experience in residential new home installation or commercial new build / tenant improvement / renovations and related skills such as code requirements, proper installation practices, etc.<br />- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics<br />- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately<br />- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects<br />- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.<br />- Ability to work independently or as part of a team</p><p>The potential for transition into residential A/C and commercial HVAC/Refrigeration is there for the right candidate.</p><p>Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
